At Lady of the Sun, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that we do not offer returns unless a product is damaged or faulty. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.
1. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. A claim must be made within this time frame, and proof of the damage or fault (such as photos of the product) must be provided to process the claim.
2. No Returns on Non-Damaged Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchase.
3. How to Make a Claim

4. Refund or Replacement
